The Buena Vista Resort & Hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. My family and I agree that it was beautiful and extremely well kept. The rooms were clean as were the hallways, pool/jacuzzi area, and even the parking lot and surrounding area. We had no loud neighbors to complain about and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and accommodated my whole family with ease. I would highly recommend this resort/hotel to anyone. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The blankets were old and tired but the sheets were clean and in good condition. The comforters fit the overall look and everything else was serviceable. The bathtub in the second bathroom didn't drain fast enough but not too bad if you were not taking extra long showers in it. The kitchen worked fine, I would recommend you take a small set of basic spices and staple items if you plan to use the kitchen. I hated throwing out oils and such at the end of my stay but no big deal. The ice machine in the freezer seemed to churn out the ice fast enough to keep up with our margarita demands so that was nice. The internet connection was pretty slow the first night when we tried to use it wired in, we ran two computers quite nicely after I hooked up a wireless router. No wi-fi provided by hotel except in the office area.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite the last week of July. Upon walking in we were very happy with the room, it was clean and spacious. The huge spa tub is in the room with the queen bed, that tub was a hit! The kids had their own room and my teenager slept on the couch. Everything was comfortable, had enough blankets, towels and dishes. Kids had their own bathroom, with tub. Having a washer and dryer in the room was excellent, we didn't have to pack as much clothes. The kitchen was stocked with all you need to eat in and the table had six chairs. We were very happy with this room and would stay again!!! The pool and pirate ship :) made the kids very happy, the bar at the pool :) made the parents very happy!! Love this hotel!! Oh, three tv's one in every room!

Went with my girlfriend and her 2 pre-teen daughters for 5 days. Picked the 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. The place was very spacious, the balcony allowed my girlfriend to smoke, the washer/dryer was a god send due to the heat and humidity at the time. My girlfriend lived in the Jacquzzi in the master bedroom. I chose not to get a rental car and used their shuttle/car service. Cost to the Airport was under $* and Disney/Universal were under $* each way. They do have a free shuttle. Keep in mind that there is no housekeeping in the listed price. They offer several options. We chose the $* per use towel and trash service. It is a per use and needs to be scheduled the previous day. There is a Walmart that is a 15 minute walk from the hotel for grocery shopping and service stations even closer for cigarettes. The convience store is good, but like all convience stores, overpriced. This hotel is a great value.
